Kensington Close Platinum Club Terms & Conditions
Membership Card:
The Kensington Close Platinum Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card. Membership Card has no cash value.
Certificates:
The Kensington Close Hotel must be notified as to the use of certificates at time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem benefits. All certificates are single use only. Only one (1) certificate can be redeemed per table, per visit. Photo identification may be required. Valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.
Other Promotional Discounts:
The Kensington Close Platinum membership privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or promotions, including corporate rates.
Lost/Stolen Cards and Certificates:
All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen Membership Cards must
be reported. A processing fee of £20 will be charged for replacement of Membership Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued with a new membership number and the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase, but such
termination will not be effective until all cards and membership materials have been returned unused to HMC, 4 York Street, Twickenham, Middlesex TW13LD. No refund will be payable until such action has been taken by the member. Please note that the £5 shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event will the marketing agent of the Kensington Close Platinum Club be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Kensington Close Platinum Club members or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or nonperformance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature, or kind suffered by the Kensinton Close Platinum Club member or to others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees.
